Chicken in Santa Cruz Green Chili Sauce
(A traditional sauce)
 
1 Tbs. flour
2 tsp oil
1 cup Santa Cruz Green Chili Paste
2 cups hot chicken broth
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup sautéed onions
1 tsp garlic powder
Brown flour and oil in a saucepan. Add chili paste, broth, chicken, onions, and spices and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Serve over enchiladas, tostadas or burritos.
