Santa Cruz Meat Loaf
Meat loaf
1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground pork
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg, slightly beaten
½ cup whole milk
¼ tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
6 slices bacon
1 cup Santa Cruz Red Chili Paste
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all meat loaf ingredients together and shape into a loaf, and place into a loaf pan.  Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl.  Spoon sauce over meat loaf and layer bacon on top.  Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.  Let sit for 15 minutes.  Serve with mash potatoes and green vegetables.
